This option is a great resource for answering your initial sleep questions, providing support and follow-ups, addressing concerns regarding travel or regressions, and/or emergency sleep needs. Available for all ages.

1 hour consultation includes:

• Review of the initial assessment form
• Providing an overview of the customized sleep plan
• Recommended sleep methods
• Step-by-step instructions
• Follow-up email summarizing the recommendations discussed during the call.

Perfect for ages 4 months to 24 months. Within one week, this program will help your child learn to fall asleep independently, sleep for 10-12 hours at night, and establish a proper nap schedule. It's like a dream come true!

• Welcome guide to help you prepare for a successful week
• Customized sleep plan for your child
• Daily assessment of your child’s sleep log in a smartphone app

When dealing with toddlers and preschoolers, new abilities bring a whole set of sleep challenges. At this exciting age, there is a lot of testing and curiosity happening, making the need for support even more important.

FAQs

Nope! I use a variety of effective methods to promote independent sleep. One approach is to provide both physical and verbal comfort, allowing you to be responsive to your little one while also encouraging them to develop the skill of sleeping independently.

There will be some tears. Babies communicate through crying, but I teach you what those tears mean and walk you through ways you can minimize those tears. Change is hard but I’ll be there to support you.

Based on my experience, I have noticed that almost all of my clients (around 99%) have seen significant progress by the third day of implementing their sleep plan. By the fifth-seventh day, their babies were successfully sleeping through the night. It is worth mentioning that these positive outcomes were achieved by clients who were dedicated and followed the recommended sleep plan and suggestions consistently.
